The Awesome Foundation is a global community dedicated to advancing creative and impactful projects through micro-grants, empowering change makers to bring their ideas to life. This recognition will help us continue inspiring youth through hands-on environmental education and ocean conservation.
We are part of the 2024-25 Wayfinder Society Educator Ally cohort for Algalita’s Wayfinder Program, an internationally renowned nonprofit that ignited the global movement to end plastic pollution nearly 30 years ago.

Finalist Monaco Ocean Protection Challenge
As a finalist in the Monaco Ocean Challenge, an international startup competition showcasing new business concepts with measurable positive environmental impacts on the ocean, we stood out among more than 40 teams representing over 20 different nationalities, with a total of 94 participants.
Competing as semi-finalists against prestigious institutions like Yale School of Management (USA), EADA Business School (Spain), and Seoul National University (South Korea), Lele Art Lab emerged victorious as finalists.
Team members have been awarded travel and accommodations to pitch their concept on June 19th at the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco, in the presence of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco. See event images, here.
