Shipping and Delivery
- All Domestic orders are shipped via USMAIL. International order we run through FEDEX.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in the order confirmation form.
- All items ship within 5-10 business days of receiving payment Monday to Friday starting at 9:00-5:00PM. New orders received on Saturday and Sunday will take care of on Monday morning. For urgent requests please reach out. We will see how to accommodate. All items are shipped through standard mail, however if you wish to have yours shipped differently, please contact us before hand. All items are shipped gift-ready.
I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
- Typically ship within a week. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (if you live in the United States) or a few weeks (if you live anywhere else) depending on how far you live from New York City.
- We’ll send you an email as soon as we send it. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to clear things up
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. However, we will try our best to help you out with a solution.
The item I want is listed as sold out. When will it become available again?

We manufacture our products locally and in small batches. On the plus side, this means you'll probably never run into another person wearing the exact same piece as you. On the flip side, this means that when we're OUT OF STOCK, it will take 30 days to place a new order. We work with artisan families based in Colombia that are new to the demand and we will plan accordingly.
If you really love it and feel you must have it, let us know. We will contact you as soon as we have notice and will work to find a solution.
